Fitness Equipment upgrade

this week i been spending a lot of time surveying and purchasing some upgrade to my home Fitness equipment stash. the reason for this is to follow up some home exercise routine i've been systematically doing for the past 1 and half month.

the first upgrade is this Pull up bar.

 

purchase for RM40(including shipping) from an Online  shop

before getting this pull-up/chin up bar i was doing pull up with my house "Gate Grill", until it BREAK
yes, it break.....thankfully it was on the first phase of the fitness program (month 1), ordered this 4 days after i break the "Gate Grill". it arrived yesterday, which i immediately installed on my bathroom door, so far its holding.

second upgrade is this....

bought this at Servay/Parkwell for RM30 yesterday

before this i've been doing my push-up with my bare-hand , after 1 month i start to experience some pain on the wrist. so i decide to buy this push-up bar for better grip and traction while doing my push-up

third upgrade is this......

 bought the entire "upgrade" kit for RM60 on tuesday
i already have some dumb bell and weights at home from my previous "weight lifting day" but as the intensity of my fitness program goes tougher, i realizes more "heavy" upgrade are required to get the result i want. at the moment i have 2 set of 5kg, 2 set of 10kg 2 set of 20kg, 2 set 40kg, 2 set 60kg and the latest "upgrade" plate i bought was 80kg and 100kg 2 set each.

its a Vibram 5 finger.
usually some of the workout like weight lifting,pull-up,push-up and Yoga X can be done barefoot. unfortunately not all program in the routine i'm following can and because of this i
decide to buy this footwear for better foot grip/protection when doing some intense fast moving routine cardio workout like Kenpo X, Kenpo cardio, Cardio X, Plyometric and Core Synergistic.
